Super Seminar IV

25th April 2006,   Bedford BKS.
Sensei Paul King (Peterboro’ BKS) kicked off teaching his usual hard style of Kempo, with some transitional power/flow of movement striking techniques.
Followed by Sensei Charlie Tredwell (TJF). She showed us an insight into break kuzushi from a “smaller” persons prospective.  Loads of interesting throws and throwing techniques.
Last but not least Sensei Graeme Hirstwood (Edinboro’ BKS) taught a series of knife defence/offensive scenarios.
All was well received by approx 25 travelling participants, who attended from Edinboro’, Peterboro’, Marlow, Worcester, Leicester, St Neots, London, Surrey………
After training everyone piled into a local pub to watch the (appalling) 6 Nations match between Scotland and England, much to the delight of our Scottish colleagues! Then off to our favourite curry house for some much needed nourishment.  Those that were up for it then piled to ‘Kempo Towers’ to sample a tipple or 2 to welcome our Scottish branch fully into the fold!
All in all yet another successful gathering!
